We also understand the scarcity of Project & Procurement professionals talents as very few formal academic degrees exist in the field, and develop a tailor-made offering on training and coaching.

We help turning good Business or Technical Professionals into strong Project Managers and ultimately, skilled Project Managers into sharp Project Leaders : from governing project technical, transactional and control tasks & processes to shaping tasks, focusing on people and cooperation and actively managing stakeholders. Project Leader is a broad managerial and facilitating role, able to communicate adequally and effectively to every audience - from field technical experts to lawyers and Board members, listen and understand stakeholders.

Both nature and nurture are equally important to develop a Project Manager into Project Leader : the skilled project manager who only works in a transactional fashion without regard for the people side of projects will succeed up to some level of complexity but soon or later, he will fail in face of increasing internal and external challenges.

Similar specific and soft skills development and journey are required to turn good Business or Technical Professionals into excellent Buyers and ultimately into Procurement Leaders.
