
Project Delivery
PROJETC responsibility as a Project Leader for a smooth project plan implementation and successful project delivery is to facilitate people getting the practices and tools applied properly, keeping everyone aligned and focused on the goals with well shaped tasks and ready to react to the inevitable surprises that project encounters while keeping at bay all the stakeholders who might be tempted to disrupt the progress of the project.

We execute capital and complex projects with various contractual configurations and diverse delivery strategies: experience on Owner side, PMC Owner’s Engineer or Contractor side, EPC lump sum or EPCM or fully reimbursable.

We also understand with practices and expertises gained on the field for more than 25 years all the competences and components of a lean project implementation: engineering office & site organization, detailed engineering, procurement, contracting, expediting & inspection, project controls, contracts & vendors management, construction supervision, risk management, safety management, (pre-)commissioning.

We are proud to present as credentials a long and robust history of projects executed with millions of worked hours without accident all over the globe (eg: recently >4.500.000 MHours in India) and realized with the purpose and mindset of reducing the time to start-up, ramp-up and roll-out for the expected value realization for which early organization, preparation and involvement of Owner Operation teams and end users are critical success factors.
